Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and the consultancy services provided by Evolution Hospitality Consultancy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

1. Scope of Services
 

We provide professional consultancy services as described on our website or in specific written proposals. The exact scope, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement for each project.


2. Fees and Payment
 

  • Pricing: Fees for services are outlined on our website or provided via a custom quote.

  • Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance.

  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend services or charge interest at a rate of 1.5% per month on overdue balances.

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of professional consulting, fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.


3. Client Responsibilities
 

To provide effective consultancy, we require your cooperation. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information.

  • Assign a primary point of contact for the project.

  • Ensure you have the legal right to share any data or materials you provide to us.


4. Intellectual Property (IP)
 

  • Our Materials: We retain ownership of all pre-existing tools, methodologies, templates, and proprietary software used during the consultancy.

  • Client Deliverables: Upon full payment, we grant you a perpetual license to use the final reports or deliverables specifically created for you for your internal business purposes.


5. Confidentiality
 

Both parties agree to keep all non-public business information, trade secrets, and sensitive data confidential during and after the term of the engagement.


6. Limitation of Liability
 

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our consultancy services are advisory. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., specific profit increases).

  • Evolution Hospitality Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.


7. Termination
 

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work performed up to the termination date.


8. Governing Law
 

These Terms are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norwich/ Norfolk.
